Three key factors that greatly influence revenue for a vacation rental are location, setup and occupancy.
Location
Location is simple, a better location yields a higher nightly rate.
Setup
In addition to location, a unique exterior setup like a patio with a fireplace in front of a Tiny House Container could yield a higher nightly rate. An interior themed Tiny House Container could also result in higher yields.
Occupancy
However, predicting the number of nights a unit can be rented out can be more challenging. For example, a prime beach location would be ideal for summer seasons, but it may have a lower annual occupancy rate.
